How to pick a Stranger Things pfp

• Bold features read best: avatars show up tiny — pick a strong centered face so your stranger things pfp stays readable.
• Match your platform: a funny stranger things pfp for meme servers, a dark stranger things pfp for alt feeds, an stranger things pfp aesthetic for Instagram.
• Face-first framing: centered faces read best; busy backgrounds blur into noise at thumbnail size.
• Check the circle crop: keep the face in the middle third of your stranger things profile picture.
• Style tells a story: pastels for cute, dark tones for a dark stranger things pfp vibe.
• One mood per pfp: a stranger things pfp works when the vibe is instantly readable — no clutter.
• Know the icon: Wikipedia’s article on Stranger Things — then pick the style you actually love.
• Original beats recycled: these 40 originals stand out from the same screenshots everyone uses.

Stranger Things PFP Guide: Picking Your Side of Hawkins

A Stranger Things pfp works because the show is built from images that survive any size: a wall of glowing letters, a monster with a flower for a face, a red sky over a quiet town, a waffle on a plate. These 40 original illustrations turn that iconography into clean avatar art, with no screenshots, no photographs and no depictions of the show’s young characters.

Start with your side of the gate

The Upside Down set is the dark pick: twisted trees and gates glowing in black forests. The Demogorgon set is louder horror: a petal-mouth silhouette or a flat emblem that reads as pure monster at 32 pixels, which makes it a strong Discord pick. For the same shadowy energy in a different world, browse our Aesthetic PFPs next.

Retro, town and lights: the nostalgic picks

Not every fan wants horror. The retro neon set is pure 1985: synthwave sunsets, chrome lettering and cassette glow, built for nostalgia-loving Instagram feeds. The Hawkins set is quieter still: a water tower at dusk, a rainy main street, a diner glowing against the night. Then there is the lights wall, the single most iconic image in the series: one glowing letter makes a brilliant minimal avatar, while the full rainbow string suits profiles that want the whole wall.

Bikes, waffles and arcade nights

The bikes set captures adventure without showing a single rider: empty bicycles under string lights, a headlamp on a forest trail, a silhouette against a huge moon. It is the friendship pick for matching sets. The waffle set is the funny counterweight: golden stacks, syrup hearts and diner checks. If your server vibe is lighthearted, a waffle beats a monster every time, and our Funny PFPs collection has the same energy. Finally, the arcade set is for the tabletop crowd: glowing cabinets, twenty-sided dice and dragon miniatures on candlelit maps.

Why original art beats screenshots

Every Stranger Things profile picture here is an original illustration drawn for the avatar crop: centered subjects, clean backgrounds, no subtitles or watermarks. Original art also sidesteps the show’s photography entirely: no actors, no stills, just the symbols fans recognise.
